Regulations for the provision of electronic services The Regulations define the rules for the provision of electronic Services by GetInData Poland Sp. z o.o., ul. Puławska 39/20, 02-508 Warsaw (hereinafter the Service Provider).

Definitions

Regulations - this document specifies the conditions of using the Service Provider's Services by User.

Website - the Service Provider's website is available at www.getindata.com or any other Service Provider's website.

User - a person who uses the Service available on the Website on the terms set out in regulations.

Service - a service consisting in:

  • Newsletter - sending e-mails prepared by the Service Provider to subscribers
  • Contact Form - answering questions asked via the contact form.
  • Knowledge Base – providing professional materials, including ebooks and publications and others
  • Webinars – providing remote lectures with experts.

Contact Form Service Rules

  1. The Service is provided free of charge, its use is voluntary.
  2. To provide the Service, the Service Provider obtains the necessary information from interested parties.
  3. The Contact Form service is provided only to persons who:
  • provided their data in the contact form available on the website www.getindata.com.
  • become acquainted with these Regulations and accept its content,
  • they agreed to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider,
  • have concluded a contract for the provision of electronic services by completing the form and sending a message.
  1. The Service is provided by sending an e-mail to the email address indicated by the User or telephone contact to the phone number provided.
  2. The Service Provider's website contains cookies that record the User's activities under service (page views and display time) serving the Service Provider for an individual matching website content.

Newsletter Service Rules

  1. The Service is provided free of charge, its use is voluntary.
  2. In order to provide the Service, the Service Provider obtains e-mail addresses.
  3. The contact form service is provided only to persons who:
  • provided their data in the contact form available on the website www.getindata.com,
  • become acquainted with these Regulations and accept its content,
  • they agreed to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider,
  • have concluded a contract for the provision of electronic services by completing the form and sending a message.
  1. The Service is provided by sending an e-mail to the email address indicated by the User.
  2. The Service may be terminated by the User bysending an unsubscribe notice. The Service Provider's website contains cookies that record the User's activities under service (page views and display time) serving the Service Provider for an individual matching website content.

Knowledge Base Rules

  1. The Service is provided free of charge, its use is voluntary.
  2. The provision of this Service may be dependent on the selection of another type of Service.
  3. In order to provide the Service, the Service Provider obtains e-mail addresses.
  4. The contact form service is provided only to persons who:
  • provided their data in the contact form available on the website www.getindata.com.
  • become acquainted with these Regulations and accept its content,
  • they agreed to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider,
  • have concluded a contract for the provision of electronic services by completing the form and sending a message.
  1. The Service is provided by sharing publications to download to the User or sending them to the email address indicated by the User. The Service Provider's website contains cookies that record the User's activities under service (page views and display time) serving the Service Provider for an individual matching website content.

Webinars Rules

  1. The Service is provided free of charge, its use is voluntary.
  2. In order to provide the Service, the Service Provider obtains e-mail addresses, first name, last name, and company name.
  3. The contact form service is provided only to persons who:
  • provided their data in the contact form available on the website www.getindata.com.
  • become acquainted with these Regulations and accept its content,
  • they agreed to the processing of their data by the Service Provider,
  • have concluded a contract for the provision of electronic services by completing the form and sending a message.
  1. The Service consists of the remote provision of expert lectures. The Service Provider's website contains cookies that record the Customer';s activities under service (page views and display time) serving the Service Provider for an individual matching website content.

Technical requirements

  1. To start using the Service, you must have:
  • connection to the Internet;
  • Internet browser enabling browsing on a computer screen hypertext (HTML) documents related to the Internet through the Service network with JavaScript enabled and cookies saved;
  • e-mail account;
  1. The service provider undertakes to ensure the highest possible quality and stability The Website and Services provided through it, however, shall not be borne liability for inability to use, interruptions and interference caused by force or unauthorized acts of third parties.

Complaints

  1. The User is entitled to complain if the Service Provider fails to fulfil his obligations described in these Regulations or performs them in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of the Regulations.
  2. Complaints may be submitted in the electronic form to the address info@getindata.com. The complaint should contain in particular a description of the problem underlying the complaint.
  3. The Service Provider shall consider the complaint within 30 days of its receipt in the correct form. If the complaint cannot be examined within a given period, the Service Provider will inform the complaining party about the reasons for the delay and the expected date of considering the complaint within that period.
  4. A response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the advertiser. In special circumstances, the response may be sent using other means of communication (e.g. traditional mail).
  5. The Service Provider will not consider complaints arising from ignorance of applicable law or the Regulations.
  6. In the event of a breach of the complaint procedure, the complaint may not be considered.

Personal data protection

  1. The administrator of the personal data is the Service Provider.
  2. The administrator has appointed a data protection officer who can be contacted electronically at dpo@getindata.com or in writing: ul. Puławska 39/20, 02-508 Warsaw
  3. Detailed provisions on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy policy available at www.getindata.com.

Liability

  1. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage which the User may suffer in connection with the provision of Services unless the damage was intentionally caused to the User by the Service Provider
  2. The Service Provider is not liable for damages caused by the use of the Services in a manner contrary to the generally applicable law, morality, or in any other way inconsistent with these Regulations

Final Provisions

  1. The Regulations have been in force since 14.04.2022 and are available at www.getindata.com.
  2. The Service Provider has the right to change the provisions of the Regulations or introduce a new one. The Service Provider shall notify by e-mail about a change in the provisions of the Regulations or the introduction of a new one.
  3. The new Regulations or amendments to the existing provisions shall enter into force after 14 days from the date of notifying the User about the amendment to the provisions of the Regulations or the introduction of a new one unless the User terminates the contract for the provision of electronic services in the manner indicated in the Regulations.
  4. The applicable law is the Polish law.
